Whether your thinking of re-locating to East Sussex or moving property locally we can provide a comprehensive survey which can include the following:-
- Operate and test all valves, taps, w/c’s and showers etc.
- Visually inspect all accessible pipework, cisterns, tanks, wastes and drainage systems.
- Operate and test heating system, radiator valves and controls.
- Visually inspect all accessible pipework and heating system components.
- Test gas supply and any gas appliances, flues and ventilation etc.
- Provide a detailed written report, complete with recommendations and budget costings if required.
